Individual menu for each event

At Merci Chef, we realize that each event is unique, so we offer individual menus tailored to the needs and expectations of our clients. Below we present sample dish proposals and approximate prices. However, remember that this is just the beginning of our possibilities.

Shallot tart tatin, fresh mozzarella & balsamic reduction

Beef tataki, crispy potato & truffle mayonnaise

Creamy smoked salmon eclair, marinated beetroot

Mini parmesan and sun drie tomato madeleine

Roasted duck breast, cranberry sauce

or

Toscan chicken breast (creamy sauce with white wine, cream, spinach and tomato)

or

Salmon filet, green sauce

or

Pork loin, mustard sauce & schallots

or

Catalan style cod, chorizo(optional), bell pepper, thyme, espelette chilli( not too spicy) & plum tomato

or

Corsican stuffed zucchini (goat cheese, minced veal, mix spices, parmesan) & tomato sauce

One side dish to choose
French mash potato, gratin dauphinois, green pea « a la française », vegetable panisse, roasted vegetables, pasta linguines, roasted potato with dill, basmati rice.
