Damien has gained experience all over the world, from Paris, through London, to Dubai and Ibiza. He worked as a director of food and beverages in luxury hotels in Courchevel and Saint Tropez. As a result, he has accumulated a wealth of experience, which he now uses at Merci Chef, creating unforgettable flavors for our customers.
